The UniFast ADS-14 fully automatic servo-driven bench drill has a maximum drilling capacity of 14mm. It is fully automatic, controlled by push buttons and a touchscreen interface.
Features:
- Large body with a 92mm column diameter and 60mm spindle diameter, allowing the ASD-14 to easily accommodate various multi-spindle drill chucks.
- The ASD-14 is equipped with two motors: a 750W servo motor for the feed and a 1500W AC 380V main motor.
- JT6 taper spindle, maximum up/down travel of 80mm.
- Integrated work table base with T-slots for mounting clamping fixtures.
- Foot switch
2 working modes include:
- Manual: Used for fast drilling of single parts or for adjusting stroke, depth, speed testing, etc.
- Automatic: After accurately setting the machine parameters, use this mode for automatic drilling. It can drill in cycles, loops, or based on signals from the clamping fixture.
The touchscreen allows setting the following parameters:
- The travel distance and speed of the useless stroke (fast feed)
- Dividing the drilling into smaller sections, with each section having its own adjustable feed rate
- Setting the retraction distance for chip removal, chip ejection, and anti-breakage of the drill bit
- Setting the rest time (delay) at each drilling stage
- Control buttons are available for customers who want to add external components such as automatic clamping fixtures, coolant pumps, air blowers, etc. Note that these components are not included with the machine.
